California Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Personal information we collect

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email address, and account credentials
  • Commercial information, such as subscription and transaction history
  • Internet and network activity, such as usage data and device information
  • Geolocation data inferred from IP address
  • User-generated content you create or upload
  • If you apply for creator verification: government ID details and images, and a face template made from your selfie (biometric information)
  • Inferences drawn from the above to personalize your experience

How we use personal information

We use personal information to provide and improve the service, process payments, maintain security and prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Sale or sharing of personal information

Kinku does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that would require an opt-out under the CPRA. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism.

Sensitive personal information

Given the nature of an adult platform, some information you provide may be considered sensitive. We only use such information for the purposes of providing the service you request and as otherwise permitted by law, and not to infer characteristics about you.

Government ID details and the face template from creator verification are sensitive personal information. We use them only to verify your identity and age and to check that real photos you upload as a verified creator show you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request access to and a copy of your personal information
